Yes. You have to create a task with all details like brief about the task, attach pics and send directly to the shortlisted service provider in your area to get you a free no-obligation quote. You can create one task and send it to multiple service providers from your draft task section.
Yes. You can edit a task under the draft section anytime if you needed.
No. You don't need to delete a task under the draft section. You can save a maximum of 5 tasks at a time, if you create a 6th task then the first one will be deleted automatically.
No. You don’t need to delete a task under In-Process section. It will be automatically moved to a completed section once the task is done and invoiced.

No. The service providers are not the employees of HelpBuddie. They are Independent/Third Party Contractors (Local Business Owners/Providers). We do provide a platform to connect users and service providers.
After you accept a quote a service provider will send you 3 appointment options and you have to accept 1 option based on both’s availability.
When you Reject a quote it will be automatically deleted from both ends.
Yes. You can reschedule/cancel a task with a valid reason preferably in 12 hours advance notice to the service provider.
Usually, a service provider needs minimum 12 hours advance notice to do the changes in his scheduled appointments. But sometimes based on a particular situation you can discuss with your service provider and he will decide what best he can do.
Usually, the manufacturer’s warranty applies to all new equipment. Please discuss with your service provider for more details prior to any task.
All service providers/manufacturers have their own exchange/refund policies. Please discuss with your service provider for more details prior to any installation.

Yes. You can upgrade your Starter Plan to a Premium/Value Plan anytime with unlimited tasks/month from your subscription management section, and pay the fees through the online payment method.
No. Unfortunately, HelpBuddie will not have a cancellation/refund policy of the subscription fees in place. And under no circumstances, HelpBuddie will do the cancellation or refund the subscription fees. It is truly advised to take a 100% free Starter Plan (website & mobile app) and subscribe only if you are 100% satisfied.
In case if your subscription will expire prior to renewal, then your business profile will automatically move to a Starter Plan with 10 tasks/month limit. But you can upgrade to a Premium/Value Plan anytime from your subscription management section. Also, you can avail of any services from other service providers in case you needed from your “User Tasks” section.
We do all the possible ways to market and promote our website and app through online and offline media. Also, we are spending a major portion of our revenue especially for the site marketing and business promotions. So concentrate on your business and leave the rest to us.

Yes. After you create your account and verify your email id, you have to upload your business and insurance details. In case, any of the business details are not applicable to your business, then select “Not Applicable”. HelpBuddie team will verify and activate the business listing within 2 business days if everything is good. Also, you can set privacy for all your business details if needed.
Yes. You can set privacy of your business and insurance details from your profile and the same will be available to download to a user after you send a quote.
In case, any of your business details expired, then your business listing will be automatically inactivated from the site and the same will be automatically activated once you update the documents with a valid date. But you will get 10 days advance email notification for the business details expiry.

Yes. You can add multiple categories/subcategories to your profile.

If a user set privacy for his mobile and address, then you will be able to view a user’s mobile and address only after a user accepts your quote. If a user didn't set privacy, then you will be able to view the mobile and address under user's name when you get a quote request.
